The Human Resources Department manages all personal relations within the company and works to ensure the company runs smoothly. Monthly employee evaluations hosted with all the department managers are conducted to determine the employee of the month and review the progress made in each department. The Human Resources Department has also developed the Unperplexed Solutions Employee Manual, and numerous forms designed to assist the communication within the company between all departments for a highly productive, efficient company.
